Use Present mode to explain a completed run. When other people need access, publish a carefully limited copy and choose who can open it.

Present a completed run

Present becomes available after a successful run. It opens a read-only view that follows the same event story as the timeline. You can move through the run without the risk of changing the diagram.

  1. Run the scenario you want to explain.
  2. Review the timeline first and select the part of the story that matters.
  3. Select Present. Use the playback controls to move through the run at the pace of the conversation.
  4. Close Present mode to return to the editor in the same diagram.

Publish a safe copy

Publishing creates a separate, read-only copy for sharing. Before it is stored, Mockflow explains what will be included and what will be left out. Review that summary every time; do not assume all publication choices contain the same information.

Note

The transcript-only option keeps the diagram structure, labels, and event order needed to tell the story. It leaves out scenario input, component settings, stored state, and raw values.

Choose who can open the link

Private workspace link
The viewer must sign in and still belong to the workspace.
Unlisted link
Anyone who has the link can open it. Treat the link like a secret and send it only through an approved channel.

A new share link is shown once, so copy it before closing the dialog. Transcript download is off by default and can be allowed only when the published copy contains a permitted transcript.

Manage links and exports

Use Shares to review or revoke access. Revoking a link stops future use. Use Exports to see protected export jobs, retry a failed job, cancel work that is still running, or download a completed file. Completed exports are kept for seven days.

Tip

Before sharing, check the labels and event summaries as carefully as the access setting. A safe link cannot make sensitive words inside the published content safe.
